Small town Iowa. Ok. So I have some options and I need some advice. I can outright afford the PMI on a single family home or I can take a small HELOC loan to capture a duplex. Duplex come with tenants. But Iād have to get two loans. The single family Iād have left over cash on hand. Single family home is 85,000. The duplex is 155,000.
