Hi everyone
i'm planing to do scafell picke next week from Seathwaite (Stockley Bridge). But weather has been forecasted to be pretty dull with some yellow warnings. and probably this will continue into the week after. I got a bit cold feet (no pun intended), but still decided to push forward.
I will be takign the bus From Keswick to Borrowdale , then walked to Stockley Bridge then continue forward to Scafell Pike. IT depends on the weather so I'll leave the circular option open.
I'm fairly fit, and a moderate hiker, though most hikes ive been to are fairly well trotted path and generally safe. I'd like to ask for some more advice, thoughts on this route in general, some emergency numbers to ring, and anything along that line.
Many thanks!
