Hostel won't return money

Hey guys Basically had a cousin who has to go to a girls hostel here in Johar Town for mdcat preparation They asked 50k per month and wanted the complete advance payment for registering her, since her friends parents did so she also paid 1 lakh to them.

Issue is since day 1 nothing there was right They promised good food, ac and transportation

But food was trash, which isn't an issue but the ac wouldn't work nor the fans, and in this summer heat that waa an issue for them to study

Then their van would also sometimes not work, so they would have to rickshaw which stressed them and ticked me off since we paid extra specifically to ensure her safety and convenience At times van was late or some other excuses

Case and point is they took 0 responsibility for providing their services

Is there anything we can do to get the next months 50k back? Like any consumer court or stuff? I know it's a long shot but I must try

If I can't do that then I want to find ways to damage them Like any complaint groups or stuff on Facebook?

Sometimes I wish I was some high ranking officer just to ruin their lives.
