Hi, my company sent my commission letter 1/2 way through the fiscal year and it does not match what we agreed on (I have a screenshot from a Teams conversation where my previous boss who left confirmed what my commission scheme would be) and it was orally agreed to by his boss. But the commission letter does not match what was agreed to.
I’m still trying to get word back from management on this but if for some reason they don’t agree to adjust it to what was agreed upon…what recourse do I have? It’s a difference of ~11k, so guessing it’s not worth fighting over?
Thanks for any advice!!
