Welcome to the first ever LaTeX challenge of the subreddit! Since you already know how it works, let's get started right away.
Our first challenge is a simple TikZ figure, kindly submitted by /u/atloomis.
Comment with your solution below; the answer with the most approximate result wins. In case of a tie, the first one to post wins. Please don't use OCR and don't edit your solution after you post it. Feel free to speculate and discuss in the comments, however.
The solution and the winner will be announced two weeks later, together with the second challenge.
