The Oliver/The Armstrong: Though it is cheap as hell, there are constant break-ins and crimes. Plus it needs to be updated like 10 years ago, the inside looks like it is falling apart.
Lark: Crime, and management is a nightmare, plus apartments suck because trash is everywhere. Super unsafe area. Recently, there was just a shooting. One pro is it is right near the campus.
Ion: Exactly like I said about the Lark.
Campus Crossings: Super old, needs to be renovated.
Let me know what others I am missing but steer clear of these ones!
