Got a tab but haven't dropped a tab in over a decade

I havent dropped acid in over a decade. My guy isn't in the headspace to trip so he gave me a tab. The thing im sketched about is he doesn't know the dose. So idk does this look familiar to anyone. Any advice or anything. Just don't want to have a bad trip
