LSD Vs Alcohol - health implications query

Post Body

Had an excellent trip yesterday, kinda microdosed on around 50mcg.

It was my first time with such a low dose (I don't have that many trips under my belt, but this was my lowest dose ever).

I loved it. Met my family at night after a day slightly tripping in the woods with some friends and I was perfectly fine by then.

My question would be. Does anyone on here know if there are any adverse effects to using LSD at these doses instead of drinking? I mean, to get to that level of buzzing I'd have had to have at least 5-8 units of alcohol. Which would have meant impairment for longer and a massive headache later.

Am I missing something, or is it less harmful to do 50mcg of Acid than it is to get drunk on spirits/wine/beer?

And yes, I know that abstinence from both is the healthiest option, but I gotta live, guys.

From a behaviour point of view I'm sure that LSD is safer than alcohol. I'm not sure about health/dependence. Would appreciate any insights.
