Whats the least amount of liquid I could use for soaking tabs?

I have some tabs that I think are too strong so i wamted to soak my last 2 tabs in 0.8ml of some flavored vodka so I could split the tabs into 4 accurate doses. Im gonna drop the tabs in a 1ml syringe wrapped in tinfoil then pour in my measured vodka. Will this work?
