Has anyone ever experienced something traumatic/super intense on LSD?

Been thinking about this for a while how crazy it would be to experience something like a car accident/crime/traumatic life event while on LSD.
Just curious as to if this has ever happened to anyone on here and what it was like, how the experience affected you, etc

I too have been in a trip similar. My buddy thought we laced his dabs with ketamine ???
He kept coming back to our apartment and asking us what mind control we had him under. It was the most bizarre few months.
He is “fine” now? He works a normal job as well. Was a wild fucking experience though.
Looking at MK ultra now, I guess had he seen or heard stuff about that back then I could see where he’s coming from.. but damn was fucking sad / semi disturbing.
