LSD trip just didn’t start - could a potent 2c-x compound from the night before have caused tolerance or worn my serotonine out that the trip didn’t happen?

So I took some LSD last night, and never had this happen until then but the visuals just didn’t come, the trip just barely came and I say barely because the day prior to that night I did take 2c-EF (a phenethylamine, the 2c-x ‘version’ of DOEF) which is rather long lasting according to my own experiences (up to 18h and rather potent I might add).

So could it be that this phenethylamine kinda blocked my acid trip from taking place? Due to tolerance and me trying to take too much whilst my serotonergic system needed rest?
