Shrooms in the morning tabs at night?

Question: I’m doing a heroic dose of🍄 on Saturday morning. Usually it sits for 4-5 hours of heavy tripping. If I want to do a couple of tabs later in the evening, will I even feel them?
I did a soul bomb a couple of months back and I prefer the stuff on their own
