Why is my nose always so cold

Post Body
I have tripped a few times now and every time I've noticed that my nose felt incredibly cold towards the peak, and my feet also get so cold they feel like they're wet. I'm not asking for medical advice, I'm fine, but I just googled this out of interest thinking it was a really common thing to happen, and I didn't find anything about it.
I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this and what the biological reason behind this is :D
