How to overcome the nervousness prior to a trip?

Haven’t tripped in a little over a year. It’s 10pm and i got nothing to do tomorrow due to it being a saturday. Rooms clean, got cold water and a great galaxy projector on. But i’m so nervous! How can I overcome this and be like “screw it” and pop the tab?
