Hii! We're trying a higher dose than usual tomorrow (500ug) and we'd like to know a thing! Here it goes:
The very first time we tripped, we didn't know to check for LSD, so we ended up having something else that passed for it (probably some form of NBOMe) instead. Oops.
Since then, we've learned better and we check now, and we've tried varying doses of LSD. We usually do a 200ug, but we've tried up to 400, and some of the effects that really struck us on what was probably NBOMe were unique to that first experience. A lot was different, but here are some things that really stuck out to us that we never felt again on LSD:
Time perception: We rationally knew it would die down, and then it would be the next day, and then the next, just as normal, but it felt like it was never going to end. It felt like years and years had passed, and like it was going to last forever. This was an unbelievably amazing experience, to be happy and feel like time will never run out.
Headspace: Everything was just beautiful. We were inside a headspace that was completely made up (not at all what's really around us), and everything felt serene and happy and absolutely, mindblowingly, unexplicably beautiful. (We can try and give more details if anyone would like, so we know if hopefully we can get them on LSD).
Outside awareness: Nothing around us made sense as it usually does. Some normal objects around us seemed absolutely huge, bigger than us, and some infinitely small, although we could still make sense of it enough to use them just fine. We had no idea where the people around us were, even though they were visible and we could hear them. They could've just as easily been in front of us, as behind us, as anywhere else. It felt like there were infinitely many of us, as well as many of the each of the people around us (as we described it then, millions, billions)
Crying and emotions: We have cried on LSD many times, but as we put it then, "we didn't know where our tears ended and the universe began". We were so in touch with our emotions and our trauma and hurt and it felt like we could touch everything, access everything, given time, even work on everything.
Increasing our LSD for up to 400ug so far has shown us more things than lower doses, including new effects even such as more intense synesthesia, childhood memories popping back, and things to do with language, but we're still to see the things listed above. Are they a thing on higher doses of LSD, or is whatever we took just marginally different?
