The last time was 3 years ago and I still am very sensitive to caffeine. Tbf there was other stuff that happened during that time like me getting diagnosed with ADHD and trying out a lot of medication and on top of that getting my first ever panic attack that have given me long lasting anxiety.
Anyways, to this day I canβt drink more than a can of Coca Cola and when I do I feel almost like I have microdosed lsd without the magical feeling. Music hits harder and I feel more alert but more like microdose alert rather than caffeine alert
