I believe i had a lsd flashback exactly 5 years after

Last night i had a full trip I think it was 5 hours of just flashbacks It was a very pleasant experience I want to know more about what just happened like was it my brain or was it actual lsd molecules releasing after all these years To me lsd was always pleasant so the flashback was just as pleasant. I have been sober for about 5 years now Has it happened to other people? Im kind of confused
