Experience microdosing? Any tips and pointers for first timer?

Looking to start microdosing for a little while. Will probably start at 10ųg and work my way from there. I tend to have high sensitivity haha How did you find it? Did microdose wear you down by the end of the day, did it still last around 12hrs like a larger dose? Any dilation in pupils or any other signs that might be noticeable in 10-20ųg range Thank you all in advance 🫶
