I last tripped with company, before that, I had a solo trip some time ago in my room, I tripped fckin balls, my mom came home and knocked on my door and, I believe the panic made me forget what language is. I haven't had a solo trip since then. I want to but every time I'm thinking about it anxiety kicks harder than usual, I tend to think so much in details, how it will kick, where would I go etc, and thinking the "exhausted but can't sleep" feeling also. So now all this looks unappealing to me. What are your thoughts on this?
