hi! i'm autistic and have some pretty bad sensory issues, i tend to fixate and obsess over uncomfortable sensations pretty much all the time (things like stomach aches, gross textures, headaches etc)
last night i did two tabs of acid, not sure what dosage but probably around 200ug. about 3 hours into the trip i started to feel very uncomfortable mostly in my mouth and throat. at first it felt like my mouth was full of hair, then that sensation moved to the back of my throat and i felt like i couldn't swallow. this freaked me out and i had a massive panic attack that took a very long time to calm down from. everything also tasted funny, kinda like metal and vomit.
some people have told me to just accept the feelings and embrace them and move on, but i really struggle with ignoring uncomfortable sensations. can any other autistic people help with this? is there anything i can do to reduce uncomfy sensations?
thanks :3
