I always write down some questions about my life before I throw down my tab like usually I mentally prepare for the trip like 1 week before and also start writing down questions like 3 days before the trip. I always find answers for them while tripping on 1-2 tabs of 150ug LSD (mostly it’s the derivative variant though)

And I also change my habits a lot in a way that makes my life way more efficient. I always think that my life feels better after the trips and the decisions I take and the self confidence I gain really help me in proceeding my goals. I feel like I am a pretty intelligent person because of the trips. Tripping alone is way more efficient for yourself imo while tripping with others will be more fun and experiencing. Tripping is always fun but with others you can’t compare. Your mind is not on its own and it’s thoughts get interrupted by the thoughts of others. Although tripping alone CAN feel way more exhausting.
