Why is this book so pricey on eBay??

I know the author, Uncle Fester, was arrested recently. From what I can see, all of his books are out of print now… I wish I had grabbed his other books a decade ago when I got his LSD manufacturing book. Side note: if it’s not a banned book, I’m stoked to have a piece of literature that was deemed unnecessary or “dangerous” for the public.
Anyways, thoughts?
