I want to test for allergies as I’ve never done so and want to take my health very seriously now that I’m expanding my substance horizons. I’m curious how much should I try just to test allergy and safety ahead of time, I’ve done quite a bit of shrooms, so this is not my first trip and 50ug should be extremely manageable, but I’m curious if that’s how much experienced testers would use or if they would use less.
