LSD evaporated??

My buddy had some tabs wrapped in paper towel in a sealed bag. The next day he grabbed them and found the paper towel to be slightly damp. Is that acid evaporating off the tabs? Or is it humidity from somewhere? He claims it wasn’t humid on the room. Regardless, do you think they will still be hitting?? 👀
