When to Decide Whether or Not to Register for the LSAT?
Post Body

Hi all,

This is my second attempt at taking the LSAT. I started studying in June with a goal to take the October LSAT. I haven't seen too much progress in my test scores yet (at a 143, goal is 160 ) but I am supposed to take a PT this weekend so fingers crossed. I was curious, what made you all feel comfortable registering for the test? Is it 10 points away from your goal? 5 points?

I really want to be honest with myself and I'm waiting to see what these two PT results will be. I have one other PT scheduled for August 15 (a week before October registration deadline) but if I'm not within reasonable reach I don't want to register for it yet.
