1) Give show a title
In news articles and here at the reddit is being called Lord of the Rings or any variation of it. It could be called that, but its confusing to people not in the know. To give it a title would lead to less confusion and help us with thinking of better plot points that the show will hit.
2) Actors roles
We have heard Galadriel will be in the show among other book characters, but no confirmation not even Sauron. Clark is likely Galadriel, but would be nice a confirmation from Amazon. Would be good to have 2-3 names that will be in the show again to speculate with a little more accuracy.
3) A Plot
We know the story will take place during the SA, but that is more than 3000 years a lot to cover. It would be good if we knew the story will take place between SA 1200 - SA 1500 .
4) Episode titles
Would be nice to get the episode titles as with that we could focus more on the story.
5) What are they using
We know the SA is up for grabs and with the recent pic does that mean Years of the Trees (or before) can be used? Was Years of the Trees, etc included in the 250M or purchased at a later date?
6) Discrepancies from Tolkien's writings
Will discrepancies from Tolkien writing be adjusted to fit the story. For example, Tar-Minastir is said to have began his rule in 1731, but is also have said to be king during the War of the Elves and Sauron which ended in 1701. We know things left blank can be filled in, but what about information that can go 2 ways, what will Amazon do? Will they have Tar-Minastir as the king or not? What other examples are there?
7) The Faithful
Will the Faithful be saved for another show or shoe horned into the series? With Amazon heading to make a GoT match, which I think this show will surpass. Will the Faithful be thrown into compete with the Faith of the Seven, which clearly Martin got from Tolkien. The Faithful aren't brought into the story until 2300, 500 years later after were many believe the story will end.
