Lg Gram 16 Pro with RTX 3050- is that enough to push vr on meta 2?

Hello- specs of my LG-LG Gram Pro 16" Intel Evo Platform Laptop - 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1360P - GeForce RTX 3050 - 2560 x 1600 - Windows 11
Kid has a meta 2 and was wondering if specs above would support some of the games and high resolution video? Meta is all new to me but thought it come be fun. I like flying and racing games. Thanks
