Lost 2 channels and can’t find them

Basically my channel 12 and channel 39 have gone missing after I downloaded the Discovery app. I have retuned all the programmes to no avail, rebooted my TV with no success and even resorted to doing a factory reset which still left me without these two programmes. Does anyone have any help with this issue as it’s the only programmes I watch really, Thanks in advance
