Hi all. I have four fairly recent model LGOLED TVs. I have the Tablo classic app installed on all of them, but it only fully connects on three. On the fourth, I get the "Connecting . . ." screen with the spinning circle, and that's as far as I can get.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and rebooting the Tablo device all to no avail.
Tablo tech support suggests I clear the app cache on the TV. I've Googled for the process for that, and none of the answers match up with the options available to me in my settings menu. IOW, I can't locate any method to clear the app cache for that app or any cache at all.
Any suggestions?
