I finally replaced an old Samsung in our main living room area with an LG OLED C3 65". I have a 77" C3 that has been fantastic, so I figured I couldn't go wrong here.
It was purchased on Saturday and installed yesterday (Valentine's Day) by a professional installation team from the retailer. They did a great job, everything worked, we watched TV for about 2 hours after it was installed and then went to dinner.
When we came back home my wife said, "The TV won't turn on". At first I figured it was a remote issue, but immediately noticed that the standby light was blinking red about every 5 seconds. The TV was completely unresponsive.
I do plan on calling the retailer to see what my options are, but have any of the C3's had issues out of the box? I can certainly find plenty of things online that point to some sort of power issue. Have tried a Hard Reset and worked with LG Live Chat but nothing they suggested actually worked.
