Need help downgrading LGG3 d852 with Rogers

I did the LG flashtool method and downloaded the tot file as well as the dll and then I'll continue the process but it always gives the error: model information check fail? And : factory model check ERROR! I've done all the steps given on XDA and I really want to downgrade to root. What can I do?
