I just recently got a G3 (from Fido, Canada for free), I rooted it with the One Click Root from XDA.

I've hardly used it. Mostly I watched videos on it. I hadn't fully migrated over from my iPhone yet.

And then I start getting the app has terminated messages. It started with LG's IA,and included the keyboard and Google Play Services.

I've factory reset it, and then I got Bluetooth as closed messages, along with lg keyboard messages. Play won't work and I can't use the Accounts jobby from Settings. It can't sign on to google. There's a problem communicating Google with servers.

I've uninstalled my root, an it's still being this way with me.
Youtube stops, test to speech stops... File Manager shows no directories, internally or on SD.

I've re-reset and I see no sign of SuperSU, so I think the root is gone.

Any advice before I try to return this device for another?
