Has anyone else been bullied for being gay and they just thought it was completely normal? [Discussion]

Post Body

I’ve been treated like absolute shit at my school and always thought “Oh yeah that’s just a normal day.” I don’t know why it took me so long to realise I’m a victim of bullying and why it took me so long to figure out that straight guys chasing me around school saying they wanted to “Shove stuff up my ass” is ok. Getting called homophobic slurs in all sorts of languages was normal for me. I can’t believe I’ve been completely blind with myself being bullied. I just want to know if anyone has gone through this as well. Gone through bullying for being gay but thinking it was completely normal
