Hello, I just moved from CA to Michigan; I bought a beautiful 4 bedroom home in Marshall. I am queer, poly, and non binary. Seeking someone super chill but responsible and clean to move in.

I am looking to rent out one of my spare rooms starting 10/2022. I will most likely rent the larger room for $500 a month. Smaller room for $400 a month All utilities will be included (internet, water, electricity, gas, trash/sewer).

Large Room is unfurnished. If the room needs to be furnished for you, it would not be available until January of next year. Smaller room has a twin bed.

I am including a couple of important logistical details below. However there are additional details I am considering when looking for potential housemate/tenant which can be discussed further in person if you’d like to come see the house/room. Please DM me and we can chat further.

A few criteria:

Deposit: $800 (deposit may go up to $1000 if you do not have good credit).

Lease: Month to Month only (minimum 3 months duration).

Credit: the higher the better (I will be running a credit and background check for which there is a fee that will be taken from your deposit).

Income: $1000 /month (last 3 pay stubs OR 3 months of bank statements will be required).

Pets: No pets allowed.

Smoking: No smoking inside.
