There has been a good amount of talk on here recently about pride month, and that leads to pride flags and rainbows. I read somewhere that LGBT people stole the rainbow from God. That’s ridiculous, just because they use it doesn’t mean they stole it. It’s a gift from God, it’s everybody’s!

Anyways that’s not why I wanted to post this. I just wanted to post about my love of rainbows, definitely a gift from God in my life! When I was little I loved to color in coloring books. I always colored the backgrounds of the pictures rainbow. No matter what the picture was, the background was always a rainbow. I didn’t realize I was gay or know about the, pardon the pun, “Rainbow Connection” till a little later. I’ve loved the rainbow since I can remember and I will always love the 🌈

Btw, “The Rainbow Connection” is still one of my favorite songs. Paul Williams is an amazing singer/songwriter. Paul said the song is about the “immense power in faith”. Now he didn’t mean that in the religious sense, but I think the song can be.
