Why us sending flowers so difficult (36f, 30f)

My s/o lives in a small town in Canada and gettingbher flowers has been the most frustrating experience of my week.
Really just need to vent.
I've ordered through 2 separate services to find out they don't deliver to her town and then canceling the order has been like pulling teeth. No I don't need you to hold my order. No I don't have a different address 😤
The only florist in her town closed down so I can't even just order from them directly.
If anyone has opinions or advice im all ears.
