27 [M4F] # Whittier- I work in forestry and wildfire response and it’s lonely

Hi all,

I always wanted to work a “manly” job outdoors. Partially because I love nature and hiking and partially it’s because at school and home, I was bullied for being small and unmanly (I still have a very high pitched and “girly” voice).

After bouncing around a bunch of odd jobs, I descided to go for an entry level job in forestry and conservation (we also are trained in hurricane and earthquake disaster response along with flood fighting plus we are sent out to help with wildland firefighters)

I travel a lot for my job and often have to live in barracks or tents in the forest.

You know what I miss and want? Companionship and all that it entails

I am home this week and I am lonely. I even had to celebrate my birthday alone.

I want someone to laugh with, rant with, talk with, chill with…and maybe also have sex with?

It’s kind of been a rough year for me romantically. My ex and I went long distance for a year before she ghosted and then broke up with me. I travel too much and am away from society too often to meet people in a natural setting most of the time

I don’t 100% know what I’m looking for yet? Ideally I’d love to find someone to fall in love with, but I’m also ok with anything and seeing what happens. Let’s talk, cry, rant, flirt, get dirty, etc!
