I like working out with a purpose and at the gym that can mean working out with or for someone else. Like how they would want me to do this extra set or sometimes it’s about how I’m going to look for them after this training. It doesn’t have to necessarily be sexual but it’s wanting the work to be appreciated. Putting in the sweat and reps is a very personal experience and sharing that with someone has an intimacy in it that I’m curious to explore. I’m straight btw, but as you might have guessed that last part has been feeling more flexible in recent years.
