However, freedom to change up the routine regularly is encouraged, and there are multiple ways to get a deep stretch and nice satisfying workout with the S.I.T. method. Your certified C.O.C.K. is also a bit of a Female Anatomy Cum Eater, so a good S.I.T. on F.A.C.E. is just as vital a part of this workout.
