Hi. I'm A, the easy-going big lug who gives big hugs. Spend a little time with me, and you'll find that I can be strikingly honest, genuine, and that I wear my heart squarely on my chest. I'm a low-key hopeless romantic, and politically I tend to lean toward equality and human decency as a means to a brighter future. BLM. Trump supporters and anti-vaxxers should move on. I'm a near 20-year casino veteran (so you know I have plenty of fun gambling stories) who currently manages my company's training dept. It's a rewarding position that has given me a nice sense of purpose that I didn't have in past positions.

I feel like I'm in a good spot in my career and in my personal life, you know, relatively speaking and all. I feel like 2023 has big things in store for me - I've gained a little security and would like to start doing fun things like traveling again. In fact, I'm in the early stages of putting together a trip to Istanbul and Spain, which will mark my first time crossing an ocean in more than 20 years. I'm equal parts intimidated and excited about it.

Honestly, the only thing I feel like I'm missing is someone amazing to share all of these upcoming great times with. I'd like to date with the intention of finding something long term. I'm looking for the J to my Crunchy PB, the foxy Maid Marian to my Robin Hood, my waltz-for-Jesse-singing Celine and hopefully bona fide Dodger fan.

I love learning new things. Museums are great. Love music. Prince! Love going to concerts. In fact, I'm a fan of live performance in general. I'm down for plays or poetry readings, stand-up comedy, baseball, football, hockey, pro wrestling. It all works for me. I've never been the kind of guy who goes to clubs, but I can't resist a dance floor when PYT comes on. I don't know where it came from, but at a young age, as Gloria Estefan predicted, the rhythm did in fact get me when I stood on my first dance floor and felt the bass vibrate my whole body. Also, I love history. My cult classic of choice is Freaked with Alex Winter. I'm a Pisces, a Dodger fan, Charger fan, an atheist, a slow reader, and appreciate good nugget ice. Some of my favorite movies include Purple Rain, True Romance, Trading Places, and Aliens. Lastly, 30 Rock is dope, The Office HAS NOT aged well, and Jack and Janet should have ended up together.
