One of the roommates is moving out for a job. So there is an opening. It is a great place and location. Bedroom is fully furnished as the rest of the house. TV and nice queen bed included. Your own bathroom, washer and dryer, parking spot. Cleaning crew comes once a month. There are two of us in the house, so it is a three bedroom house. The room will be available November 1st.

Looking for a roommate that will have similar interests. We are pretty chill guys, clean and friendly. Enjoy sports, fitness, a drink once awhile. Great time of year, with football season starting up. Lots of football on the weekends. Not a party house, but nothing wrong with having some fun once in awhile. After all, the beach is only a couple minute walk away, so great to take advantage of that. Whether it is throwing the ball around or playing beach volleyball.
