Post Body

Guys my brother and I finally found a place it's just what we want in our budget and they're willing to work with us. Covid effed our credit but we make close to 8k monthly.

BUT

West Star Prop Management

BBB Ratings horrible Yelp same thing (Lack of responses, deposit thieves, made-up charges, no notice for maintenance just come in as they please) Multiple lawsuits against them 96% won by tenants.

So I ask would u pull the trigger to deal with a headache pm company? Or continue to look around knowing at any point and time rats are going to chew their way into your room and get you sick. My dog already got sick from the filthy vermin she's finally getting better.

We live with Remy, Ben, Willard, Mickey and the whole gang. It's a whole freaking colony we've been dealing with and we can't take it anymore especially since I haven't been able to cook, can't spend another holiday here. Paid partial rent 11/1 due to the fact we have close to 320 GB of video just from 10/1-today but with December here it's either deal with Remy and them or deal with a new headache. We've been dealing with them since July 2021 but we thought it was bearable the monsters progressively have gotten worse upping the ante since 3/22 tearing up everything.

Wwyd?

Just need some advice

Thanks
