Hey, im a sober guy (5 years) I've been in sober living/treatment etc for 5 years. I'm looking for an apartment/house closer to Santa Monica as far south as Marina and as East as Westwood. I'm looking for a cool place. Either house or apartment with at least 1 bed/1 bath. Open to a house, but looking for something pretty simple. Preferably looking for a rental by owner, not a big corporate building. Looking in the next three months. Hit me up with a recommendation or l Iink to a place. Thanks
