I'm back to LA and I need to find a new place for myself that is affordable and fair for its price, I have no problem in a room and not an entire apartment as long people are friendly.
I study Monday through Friday until 1 PM and work online at home for the rest of the day, sometimes on weekends too.
I'm clean, I know how to follow the rules and I'm very friendly especially if the vibes match.
I'm open to prices, locations, and ideas!
