I want to start off by saying thank you so so much to u/thestatesmanc. I can’t thank you enough for making it a fantastic ending to an otherwise terrible year. I’ve been suffering with depression for a few months now & life has looked so bleak. Hours cut at work, school stressing me out, life in general has been tough. This is the first year ever that I won’t be able to afford presents for my family & it’s really had me down. I woke up that morning expecting another day of the same but, I was wrong. When I read your post I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t actually believe someone was giving away tickets, especially against the current best team in the NBA. I replied to the post not expecting much because I was already a little late to it but, nonetheless he chose me. It was an amazing experience. Best seats I’ll probably ever sit in in my life. The crowd, the players, everything was just so amazing. It was the first time I’ve watched a game (any sport) & been able to distinguish the players faces (LOL). In your eyes you were giving away tickets to a fellow fan but it was much more than that. You made my entire year. Its given me a different outlook & hope that things will get better.
