Good morning Kuwait! I'll keep this short. My entire life, I've always been skinny. Never "slim" or "thinly fit." The only time I gained weight was during 12 weeks at Basic training at Fort Benning Georgia. Double rations (double sized meals), 3 times a day and constantly being physically challenged and trained caused this.
I'm seeking advice as to a gym or health club where I can go, 4-5 days a week and have a very strict and attentive schedule/routine to follow in order to gain weight. I'm not trying to be some power lifter or body builder show contestant. I just want to look "fit" or "normal." I'm willing to change everything from eating habits to not smoking.
Are there any gyms or clubs that also have a nutritionist or a partner company that prepares and delivers meals to me?
Why do I want to "change?" Because I think I'm a half decent looking guy, but I want to look and feel healthy. Any advice and/or help would be appreciated since I've never had a gym membership or worked out besides organized military "PT."
