Mutla ridge - walking at sunrise?

Post Body

Hi there. I’m desperately trying to find a nice nature walk or hike in Kuwait to see some of the nature whilst I’m visiting! Please can anyone tell me if there are any set trails for Mutla peak, the opening hours, where the trail head is (so I can get a Careem to the start), and whether it is safe to go to as a solo female traveller? I tried booking a guide but the three I asked for this two said that they are not available the next few days I am in Kuwait, and one refused doing an active adventure :(

Edited to add I grew up in outback Australia, my hometown regularly was 45-50 degrees Celsius and I’ve spent time in Oman and the UAE hiking in the peak of summer as well as camping in the karakum dessert in Turkmenistan and the Aral Sea desert in Uzbekistan. I understand the danger of the heat but even 40 degrees is pretty manageable for me.
