Hello, I have been in kuwait for 8 months only after recieving a job offer by my current company, If i was to change my job and transfer my Ikama to a different employer would i face any problems? I was told you need to atleast have been working at the company that hired you for a year to be able to change.
As to per my contract, its a 2 years contract of which I should inform them 3 months prior if I wanted to leave.
Kinda lost on this countries laws so help would be much appreciated here guys.
