R5 Iron Sting or R1 Xiphos Moonlight for Hyperbloom Kuki?

My Kuki is C2, level 90, 4-pc Gilded Dreams, 995 EM. I currently have an R1 level 90 Iron Sting attached to her and I just pulled a Xiphos Moonlight.

I have enough billets to make an R5 Iron Sting and I do not intend to pull for more copies of Xiphos. I’m wondering if the passive for Iron Sting at any refinement affects Kiki’s Hyperbloom damage? Because if not then the ER passive from Xiphos would be better overall.

For context, my Hyperbloom team also has C4 Dendro MC, C4 Collei (both 4-piece Deepwood Memories) and C6 Xingqiu. Thanks!
