How do you guys record your gameplay?

I play on a 2017 Razer Blade laptop with a GTX 1060. Because I play on a laptop, my display capture only works if I open OBS/SLOBS with my integrated graphics (but doing so makes me lag in-game). I play using the Krunker client, and I've been having a lot of stuttering and input lag issues. Any suggestions?
